In the present work, the possibilities of competitive improvement of the clarified honey of cashew were appraised. In the evaluation of the possibilities of competitive improvement for the clarified honey of cashew, 5 (five) stages of the processing that can increase the competitiveness in quality and in cost of that product were identified.
