In processing of raw cashew nut, the rigity in the input-output relationship disables that is obtained only in almond type. For each type of processed cashew nut they are obtained jointly several types of almonds. This inflexibility accurately hinders the attendance order and the manufactures of cashew nut are subject to the formation of excessive stocks of raw material and final products. As a result, it increases the variables costs, operational expenses and the time to assist the customers’ requests. In this work, the main objective was to develop and to test a support system in making decision with the combination of optimization process and “just-in-time” basic beginnings. With the analysis of the results it was evidenced that improvement in the production administration can represent significant benefits for the industry.
