PROPOSTA DE RECICLAGEM DE PARTE DO LIXO URBANO DA GRANDE FORTALEZA

Abstract

The paper aims to divulge and amplify the knowledge on recycling solid garbage, which is defined and classified. A survey of the quantity of garbage produced in metropolitan area of Fortaleza is made, alerting upon its possible harmful effects on ground waters. Purpose of urban garbage recycling in Fortaleza is presented, as choice of environmental strategy, in which is reoriented the action of the ones who survive from the garbage in populous cities of Brazil.
