Abstract

This paper discusses the professional formation in Agronomics, in the last decades, related to the call for the study of that field, evasion in university and job market. The discussion intends to identify the current contents of the studies and to find ont the main problems in the area, with the purpose of offering suggestions to a new approach of formation of the agronomist, considering the dynamics of the regional agriculture.
